Quable PIM provides several ways to link your media files (assets) to documents. The easiest way is to do it manually from the Asset tab within a document.
Open the document to associate to the asset via the Data > Documents menu, or via the Quick or Advanced search.
Select the Asset tab.
Identify the link where the asset should be attached.
Add the asset:
If the asset has already been uploaded into Quable PIM, enter a few letters from its name or code and select it from the listed results.
If the asset has not yet been uploaded, click on the Upload a new asset button and select the file you'd like to associate with the document. A Download window opens allowing you validate your upload by clicking the Start button. Several assets can be uploaded.
The association can also be done from the media in the Related documents section, by links import file, by API or automatic association rule.
