There are three main reasons why you can't see your document on the portal:
1 - The document needs to be shared in the channel used by the portal. You can check which channel is associated with your portal by accessing the Admin Settings (top right) of the portal, then select "Content" → "Product Channel".
2 - The document needs to be visible to the user logged into the portal. You can check this information by accessing the "Audience" tab of the portal.
3 - Finally, it's also important to check that the document is correctly published in the product channel of the PIM. To do this, please follow these steps:
Go to "Data" → "Channels"
Select the appropriate channel
Choose the document in the classification
Check under the "Diffusion" tab
Note: The document will only appear the next morning after it has been assigned to the channel.
