Would you like to enable the export of your product records to PDF format?
This is how you do it!
The channel enabling PDF export is automatically created on your instance; however, it is deleted if the PIM is reset.
Your standard print channel has already been created:
Go to the Data > Channels menu and select the Pim PDF channel.
Click on the sub-section (Content, Attributes, Link Types, Settings) of your choice to configure its settings.
In the ‘Attributes’ sub-section, you can tick and untick the attributes to be published for each product type in your instance. Select the ones you want, then click Save.
Your standard print channel has not been created:
A. Go to the Data > Channels menu and click the ‘New channel’ button.
B. Fill out the form as follows:
Name: Pim PDF
Code: PDF
Type: Products
C. Then click on ‘Create channel’
Once the channel has been created, follow steps 1, 2 and 3 above to configure it.
