You can download your asset files using the advanced search feature.
Go to the advanced search page, then select ‘Assets’ as the Object Type, and finally click on ‘Select all results’.
Once you have selected all the results, click on the ‘Actions’ button and then on ‘Export results’.
Select ‘Asset’ as the Export Type, then the Image Resizer Profile, and finally the Export File Type.
Once you have filled in the fields, all you need to do is click ‘Export’.
Once the export is complete, you will be able to download your export file from two locations:
from the Activity Reports by clicking the ‘File’ button for the relevant export.
via the link sent to the email address linked to your profile (if you cannot see the email in your inbox, please also check your spam folder).
