You can download your asset files using the advanced search feature.
Go to the advanced search page, then select ‘Assets’ as the Object Type, and finally click on ‘Select all results’.
Once you have selected all the results, click on the ‘Actions’ button and then on ‘Export results’.
Select the Export Type, the “Encoding”, and then the columns you wish to export.
To do this, tick the columns of your choice from the Available columns, then click on the add arrow (the one pointing to the right) and they will be added to the Selected columns (those included in your export).
Once you have selected all your columns, simply click on “Export”.
Once the export is complete, you will see a notification in the top right-hand corner of your screen to let you know.
You can then download your export file from two locations:
from the notification itself, by clicking on ‘File available’,
or from the Activity Reports by clicking the ‘File’ button for the relevant export.
