Step 1: Filter the relevant products.
Go to the advanced search page;
select ‘Product’ as the ‘Object type’, the product of your choice as the ‘Product type’, then click on ‘Add a filter’ and filter by ‘code’;
in the dialogue box that opens when you click on ‘code’, select ‘Is in (x,y)’ as the “Operation” and, in the ‘Value’ field, enter all the codes of the relevant products, separated by commas;
once all the codes have been entered, click on the ‘Filter’ button.
Step 2: Export the filtered data (to obtain a file containing your media).
Click on ‘Select all results’, then on “Actions” and then on ‘Export results’;
select ‘Asset’ as the ‘Export type’, the link of your choice as the ‘Link type to export’, the profile of your choice as the ‘Image resizer profile’ and “Files” as the ‘Export file type’;
once all the settings have been entered, click on ‘Export’.
After clicking ‘Export’, you will receive a download link via email. When you click on this download link, your browser will start downloading a compressed folder containing your media files.
PS: - You can only export 5,000 files at a time.
- Media files must not exceed 2 GB in size.
