Quable PIM facilitates managing the activity on your product documents with personalized widgets on your dashboard. You can create lists and graphs to share with your team that provide an overview of your product information.
There are three types of widgets available for your dashboard:
Task Tracker - This widget is automatically created by Quable PIM when tasks are assigned to you.
Saved Search List - This widget displays a simple list of search results on your dashboard.
Charts - These widgets display graphical representations of the search results on your dashboard.
Create Saved Search Lists
Click the Search menu to open the Advanced Search page.
Use the filters and sorting to set up a search.
Click the Save this Search button to open the Save This Search form.
Enter a Name for your search or select an existing saved search to replace/update.
Select the Include in the dashboard option.
Click the Apply button the save the search.
Create Chart Widgets
Select a saved search from the Advanced Search page.
Click the Widgets button at the top of the page to open the New Widget form.
Give your new widget a Title and choose the Graph Type to use.
If the type of graph is Bars or Stacked Bars, select their Direction (horizontal or vertical).
Select the Data to display and the parameters (Breakdown) of the graph. A real-time preview according to your selections is immediately displayed in the form.
Click the Add to my dashboard button.
