You want to set up your brand portal, but don't know which thumbnail to choose or how your media will be taken into account?

Go to your brand portal
Reach Admin settings menu
Access the Content menu.
You can then select the thumbnail of your choice in Thumbnails in the menu/search. This selection list contains the types of media links available on the portal.
The thumbnail will correspond to the first image of the selected link type.
Your brand portal broadcasts a unique document type: Choose the link which will contain the images which embody the most your document type.
Your brand portal broadcasts several document types: You will need to use a link type that exists on all document types.
Click on Save.
Document header images
The images displayed in the header of your document will be those :
that are used in the first "broadcast" link type of your PIM
that are broadcasted in the "Asset" channel of the portal
