You've set your Portal Product Channel, and now you'd like to be sure assets linked to your documents will be visible?
We explain you how to do it!
If you wish to use the standard DAM channel, you do not need to carry out any configuration; all media links will be broadcast. Just make sure you select “DAM” as the media channel in the content settings of your brand portal.
If you want to use a custom Assets Channel, you will also have to be sure those assets are attached to your Assets Channel via dynamic searches or manually.
To do that, several options exist:
Reproduce DAM classification tree in your Assets Channel proceeding few adjustments, you can follow the instructions from the FAQ.
Check the criteria used to broadcast your products also exist for your assets, example:
Your classification tree takes into account the brand, clothes categories and their colors:
In such configuration, you must be sure it's possible to identify your assets:
belong the the Brand X
belong to Pants category
have the Red color
