To delete all orphaned products, variants, and/or asset files in bulk, follow these steps:
Go to the ‘advanced search’ page in the menu.
Select ‘Products’, ‘Variants’ or ‘Media’ as the object type.
Add a filter to the relevant element (in this case, ‘Links’) and select ‘Is empty’ as the operation.
Click on ‘Select all results’.
NB: In our example, the object type is ‘media’. As the definition of an ‘orphan’ varies depending on the object type, please refer to our documentation if necessary to find out which filter to use.
Click the ‘Actions’ button, then click ‘Delete’.
Follow the instructions in the window that opens and click the ‘Delete’ button.
NB: Items can only be deleted one page at a time.
