You have thousands of references in your Quable PIM and many more assets.
How do you make mass changes to all of this data in a quick and easy way?
Here's how to do it:
Advice: Verify that your current data language is the one you want to use for modifications.
Go to the Advanced Search page and select the object Type of the items to edit (products, assets and variants).
Next, select the items you wish to edit by clicking their tick boxes, or by clicking ‘Select all results’.
Click on the ‘Actions’ button, then on ‘Edit’.
A dialogue box will open, allowing you to configure your bulk edit.
At the very top, you will see the number of items to be edited;
The ‘Attribute to modify’ field allows you to select an attribute to modify from the drop-down list;
‘Value’, where you can select or enter a new value for the attribute;
The “Empty the value” tick box, which removes the attribute’s value from all localisations (if selected for a translatable text attribute, this option will only clear the values in the current data language).

Will allow you to add or remove the attributes you wish to edit.
Finally, click on ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
You will see a notification in the top right-hand corner of your screen once the editing is complete.
You will also be able to view the status of your bulk edit operation in the Activity reports (the time taken will depend on the number of items to be modified).
You can follow the same steps for variants and assets
Notes: In case of bulk edits, the pre-existing content cannot be kept. All modifications are irreversible.
Furthermore, it is not possible to modify more than 5,000 references at the same time via bulk edit.
