You have thousands of references in your Quable PIM and many more assets.
How do you make mass changes to all of this data in a quick and easy way?
Here's how to do it:
Advice: Verify that your current data language is the one you want to use for modifications.
Open the Advanced Search page.
To edit documents, select All documents from the Search In dropdown list.
Then select the document type from the Of Type dropdown list.
Select objects to modify by selecting their checkboxes.
Click on the Bulk Edit button
A dialog is displayed where you can select the attribute to modify. Enter or select the value you want to apply:
If you want to erase existing values for all data languages, select Empty value (in all locales):
The + and - buttons enables adding or deleting attributes to modify.
Click the Apply button to apply your modifications.
You can follow the same steps for variants, assets, or classifications.
Notes:
In case of bulk edits, the pre-existing content cannot be kept. All modifications are irreversible.
Furthermore, it is not possible to modify more than 5,000 references at the same time via bulk edit.
