How to use the "Is in (x, y)" filter rule?

The "Is in (x, y)" filter rule allows you to filter based on a list of known values. This filtered list is not limited to two values.

If you want to filter among a list of documents to obtain a specific number of results from known codes, names, ... then this rule is perfect for you. Here’s how to do it :

  • Go to the Advanced Search page, select the Object Type and Product Type, and click the ‘Add filter’ button.

  • Select the attribute to filter by (in this case, Code), select ‘Is in (x,y)’ as the Operation, and in the ‘Value’ field, enter the values to filter by, one after the other, separated by a comma. Finally, click ‘Filter’.

  • The search results will show products with the codes you have entered.
