There can be several reasons why a linked document is not displayed on a document page, on your Portal:
Check that the link type concerned is well broadcasted on your Portal channel:
Check that your linked product / asset is present in the Portal channel content, either by manual selection or by dynamic search:
Check that your audiences does not exclude the linked document from your available product.
