Want to make contributors' lives easier and limit the attributes displayed to only the necessary information? Quable PIM allows this adaptation through attribute sets.

Here's how to do it:

  1. In the Administration menu, open the Attribute sets page.

  2. Click the Create an attribute set button.

  3. Complete the following information:

    1. The attribue set's Name.

    2. Its Code. Clicking in the cell generates it automatically, but it can be modified until saving

    3. The attribute set's Description (especially useful for administrators).

    4. The Type of document related to the attributes set.

  4. Select Available attributes by using the checkboxes.

  5. When you've finished selecting attributes, click on the arrow to move them to the Selected attributes panel.

  6. Click the Create button.

  7. To modify an attribute set, click on the Edit icon (pencil) and add or delete attributes using arrows and validate.

Advice n°1: Translate the attribute set's Name, otherwise it will be displayed empty in other languages. To do so, change the interface language from your profile and repeat the operations. The description can also be translated.

Advice n°2: The attribute set must then be associated with the documents either via the import procedure or manually on each document.
