Want to perform a one-time export that doesn't require creating a profile?

Let's see how to do it:

  1. In the Data flow menu, select Start an export.

  2. Complete the following information in the first (identity) section:

    • Object type

    • Document type

    • Languages

    • Export with inherited columns: if the inheritance of languages has been set up and the data has been entered in the export locale, the data will be exported with the inherited content.

  3. Next, select the format of the export file:

    • XLSX

    • standard or custom CSV:

  4. In the Destination section:

    1. If the file is to be downloaded to your desktop, go to the next step.

    2. If the file is destined for a remote server, select the corresponding option and enter the required information.

  5. If you want to export all data for the selected document type, you can skip to Step 6. If however, you don't need all of the available columns in the export or you need to change the names of the columns, some mapping will be necessary. You can:

    1. Drag and drop attributes:

    2. Modify export file column names (if necessary):

  6. Click the Start the export button:

  7. You'll be redirected to the Activity Reports page where you'll be able to download the export file.
