You want to complete or update a list of values? We explain you how to do it!
Several possibilities exist:
Use of the Administration< Attributes menu
Use of the import platform
Use of the API, in such case, Quable can connect you with trusted integrator partners.
From the Administration< Attributes menu, you can access your data model attributes list:
Advice: Be sure you activated the correct data language before doing any modification. Example: if you want to modify values in fr_FR, select this language thanks to the flag at the top right of your screen.
Select the list type attribute to modify
Click on Manage values for this attribute:
A pop-in appears. Complete the code (unique), the value and the description (optional), and click on Add a value:
The value and the description can be modified by double clicking on the line.
A pop-up message will confirm the value has been updated.

From the import platform:
Use an import profile or generate an export of list of values in advance, in which you will have at least the columns below:
attribute_code*
value_code*
value_label (xx_XX)* in locale(s) of your choice
description (optional)
Complete the attribute code of the attribute list in the column attribute_code*.
Complete the value code (unique) in the value_code* column.
Complete the locale value xx_XX in the value_label (xx_XX)* column.
*Names can change if the mapping has been used.
Import your file from Data flows<Start an import menu.
Value codes are not modifiable, if the file detects a new code, it will be considered as a new value. The deletion is not feasible by file.
Advice: Addition, modification and deletion of lists of values can impact PIM and DAM ecosystem, be sure it has been taken into account before proceeding to these operations.
