How do I add documents to a distribution channel?

To add documents to a broadcast channel, go to "Data > Content > Channels" and click on the channel you're interested in.

Click on the small arrow at the root to start moving through the channel tree.

Click on the category you're interested in, then click on the "Content" tab.

From here, there are two ways to proceed:

  • By manual selection of content

  • or by dynamically selected content

If your category is configured for manually-selected content, start entering the code or name (in the current data language) of a document you wish to add.

A list of choices appears. Select the desired document.

The selected document is displayed in the document content insert.

If your category is configured for dynamically selected content, start entering the name of the saved search you wish to add.

The selected saved search is displayed in the content insert. Click on the added saved search to view the documents it contains.
