You can share a widget from your dashboard with other users by following these steps:

1. Choose the widget you want to share, then click on the actions icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. In the menu that appears, select the "Share" option. This will open the widget sharing window.

3. Select the users you want to share with by dragging them from one panel to another using the arrows.

4. Once you have chosen the users you want to share the widget with, click the "Share" button to confirm assigning the widget to these users. You will then receive a confirmation message indicating that your widget has been successfully shared.

NB : Only PIM administrators can share a widget.
