To add a classification to a broadcast channel, go to the ‘Data > Content > Channels’ section and double-click (or click on the pencil icon on the far right of the relevant channel) on the channel you are interested in.
Once in the channel:
If you wish to add your classification to the root, click on the ‘New Classification (+)’ button;
If, on the other hand, you wish to create a sub-classification within an existing classification, navigate through the channel tree using the navigation arrows.
Once you have reached the correct classification, click on the “New Classification (+)” button.
In both of the above cases, a window will appear in which you will need to enter the name of the new classification; the code will be filled in automatically when you click in the code field (you can delete it and enter a code of your choice if necessary); and finally, you will click on ‘Create classification’ to confirm everything.
Your new classification has been created. You can assign content to it or create further child classifications.
